Death and dying are difficult topics, even in best-case scenarios. Part of this stems from the silence and uneasiness that often engulfs individuals and family members confronting end-of-life circumstances.

With this community-wide forum, we hope to open people’s minds and hearts to sharing their thoughts, wishes, and experiences around dying and death—thereby aiding not only themselves and their families, but the broader care-providing community as well.

Given the aging of the U.S. population and the changes in our country’s healthcare system, conversations and education about end-of-life issues are timelier than ever for individuals, families, communities, businesses, and healthcare professionals. Let’s #StartTheEndOfLifeConvo.
